Correction

Okay, so I guess I didn't make myself clear. When I said that I didn't even have Christmas Eve Eve off, that wasn't a typo. I mean Christmas Eve Eve, the day before Christmas Eve. So sorry about that!

This morning I finished off the last of my muffins :[ And made my favorite pumpkin pie oats to go with it, along with my usual egg and apple!

1/3 c canned pumpkin, lots of nutmeg and cinnamon, a whole grain graham cracker and chopped almonds. Mmmm.

Lunch and snack were boring and typical. I really should change it up, but I don't mind eating the same thing every day so I know that what I eat is balanced and it's easy to make.

I had a dress rehearsal for my orchestra concert (which is tomorrow) tonight. I didn't get home until 8:30 and was in a ravenous ravenous ravenous mrawrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sort of mood! I was too hungry to make a fully home cooked meal. So instead I microwaved half of the buttercup squash I had the other night, and added some brown sugar in the last couple seconds. On the side I had a slice of toast with butter, and an egg for protein.

About ten minutes after I finished eating, I was looking at my pictures and realized that my dinner wasn't enough still and was lacking in fat, so I snacked on lots of nuts in the shell. Stupid ED. Leave me alone.

After dinner, I had half of a caramelized banana (all that is left of my banana supply) with my daily dose of dark chocolate. Heaven on a plate.
Sorry for not commenting much tonight, it's just late and I'm tired from this super long week of school. Thank goodness my break starts soon!

Hang in there!
I've only purchased nuts in shells once, and my mom ended up cracking them all open for me and placed them in a jar. Do you have to have a nut cracker to open them? Because I was thinking of getting some, but I don't have a nut cracker...
