Awards: Edited for Breakfast

I was very honored to be given my first ever blog award by Jemima!

"This blog invests and believes the PROXIMITY - nearness in space, time and relationships! These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in prizes or self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers! Deliver this award to eight bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award."

I don't have many blogger friends, so some of you will be getting this twice, but the eight people I deliver this to are:

Maya
Eliza
Sharon
Brooke
Live Life Today
Ausirish
Maria

It's Sunday, therefore breakfast is eaten at 10:00, so I'll update about it later.

Okay, now I've eaten my breakfast. Since everyone else in blogger land has tried hot cereal mush, I figured that it was my turn to try. We were out of milk, and the only other thing we had that resembled it was soy egg nog! So I mixed 1 c Kashi Honey Sunshine, 2/3 c Holly Nog, and 1/2 a banana. Then I microwaved it for 60 secs.

Oh gosh. Ohgoshohgoshohgosh!! This was amazing! The banana caramelized, and the cereal got all mushy and soft, kind of like oatmeal. I was thinking that banana and honey and eggnog would be too much for one bowl, but it wasn't at all! It was sensational! It gave me a bit of a sugar rush though.

I'm going to get our Christmas tree today! I'm not sure what lunch will be, I might have to eat out, blah!
