I love weekends. It gives me so much more time to make breakfast! I usually have to make my porridge in the microwave, but this morning I had the luxury of making it on the stove. I made my favorite, pumpkin oats. I used 1/2 c. of 4 grain oats (I still prefer Quaker!), 1/3 cup pumpkin, and lots of cinnamon and nutmeg.
This morning, I crumbled a whole grain graham cracker into it to make a "crust". The graham cracker turned so mushy and delicious!
I have ballet this afternoon until 1, then I'm going to the mall with my mom and sister for lunch and some Christmas shopping. I'll probably end up getting Subway for lunch.
